Welcome to Minds That Thrive

Transforming emotional wellbeing through assessments, group support, and school training

At Minds That Thrive, we offer a range of tailored services designed to support children, young people, parents, and schools in emotional regulation in autism. From expert-led parent groups to teen wellbeing sessions, in-depth assessments, and training for schools, our goal is to provide practical, evidence-based strategies that help children to build resilience, and reach their full potential. We offer the following specialist services:

  • Support for parents of children under 12 through small, bespoke, expert-led groups for parents, offering evidence-based strategies to manage anxiety and anger in their child in practical, supportive ways.

  • Individualised evidenced based psychological interventions delivered virtually for young people aged 13–17 providing a safe space to explore mood, self-esteem, and emotion regulation, helping teenagers build confidence and resilience.

  • Comprehensive emotional wellbeing assessments and personalised formulations to fully understand your child’s needs, with detailed reports to support Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) if requested.

  • Training and hands-on support for schools to embed emotion regulation strategies into classrooms and create environments where children can thrive.
