Every child is different. Together we'll find the right approach

"The parent group has been such a help for us. I used to feel stuck when my son got upset because it could so quickly escalate to anger and then I would feel anxious myself, as though I was making things worse. The sessions taught me practical ways to stay calm and  to help my son regulate himself without feeling pressured or blamed. It’s made such a difference at home — we have fewer arguments now, and my son is learning to manage his feelings better too."
