"Before joining the Mind Sparks group, I used to get really anxious and didn’t know how to calm down. The sessions helped me understand my feelings better and gave me simple ways to manage them. I especially liked learning about thinking traps and how to spot them, and talking to other people who felt the same. Now I feel more confident about handling things that used to worry me."
